Xenon-Oxygen Mixture for Anesthesia

Xenon influences transfer of nervous impulses at a level of cellular membranes. This reversible process facilitates adequate and controlled anesthesia.

Blood stream dissolution coefficient of xenon is 3.5 times less compared to nitrogen oxide. This allows patient recovery from anesthesized state without any side-effects.

Xenon anesthesia makes it possible to achieve a surgical stage of anesthesia in 4-5 minutes and ensures patients' awakening in 2-3 minutes after He-O2 mixture cut-off with complete recovery of consciousness and none of the unpleasant sensations.
